Thank you all for your comments, I plan this year to do a few more larger pieces on location. Thank you for your support over the last year and have a great xmas and new year.

Hi Antony. This is a lovely painting.... full of energy and movement, colour and texture! After your more recent works, which left me hungry for more content, this is a feast! Thanks and well done you! Have a very happy Christmas..... and 2010! Jaci.

Your fan club seems to agree!! by Gary Hiscott at 04:06 am, Dec 19th 2009
This really is cold and desolate, I think it's the sharpness of the scratched lines and the beutiful colour range. I am enjoying on my screen what looks like an upward diagonal from the main tree (a cool turquoise), it's both lively and cold at the same time. But for me the roughness of the foreground, the energy of the broad strokes against the scratches is the winner. There is no stopping you now!

Awesomeness by Winnie at 03:46 am, Dec 19th 2009
WOW. I love this one. The color is rich and more details now. love the strokes of the grass, too.
